Limitless. That’s the energy, the word, the feeling, and the emotion I’m moving with – not just into this new year, but all year round. Forget resolutions and fleeting intentions tied to a calendar flip. This has been my focus since the beginning of Soulful Colour. Limitless energy means creating your own existence, being the author, producer, and director of your life.
Creating Your Own Path
When you create something, you’re not just offering a service or making a product, you’re opening up new pathways, new possibilities. You’re reshaping the space-time continuum (yes, my inner sci-fi lover had to say it). Creation is like time travel: each decision opens infinite possibilities that can lead you to places you never imagined.
For me, it started with creating a single affirmation colouring book. That one step ignited momentum. Now, four books later, I’m speaking at events, facilitating workshops, delivering keynotes, consulting and creating a movement through Soulful Colour. And I’m just getting started.
I’m leaning into limitless energy by practicing gratitude, journaling, colouring, and reconnecting with my music, working on a song I wrote and reconnecting & connecting with incredible people in my life who inspire and embody that same boundless mindset.

At the core of Soulful Colour is a mission to inspire others to live limitlessly, nurture their mental wellness, and celebrate diversity. It’s about adding representation in spaces where it was once missing and making sure it becomes part of the norm, unassumingly, but powerfully.
This journey has taught me that self-care, self-love, and self-confidence are non-negotiable when it comes to serving others and making an impact. And with that foundation, we can all create infinite possibilities.
